Mambo Del Fuego (2019)

Mambo Del Fuego is a composition for jazz ensemble that consists of blazing latin rhythms. The piece is written in the style of a mambo, however it also includes elements of songo and tumbao patterns, which lends to a diverse listening palette. The alto sax, flute, and trombone are the featured soloists, who are encouraged to rip through the changes with high energy.
