Stained Glass (2021)

From 2019 to 2020 I worked as an organist at a local church. With the building schedule the only time to practice was in the morning, often before the sun would rise. This piece was inspired by those mornings where I would arrive in complete darkness, yet as I moved through my practice session I would experience the sun slowly coming through the stained glass windows, bathing me in light.
